	Accent Events Bespoke Wedding Service: £2500 or 15% of your total event budget Accent Events was born to plan and organize. The complete planning & co-ordination of your special event will be personally overseen from the concept through to the event itself: As the client you will determine the level of requirements and the focus and budget (it really helps if we know what this is at the beginning). If you are about putting on a show and there is nothing wrong with indulging in creativity and flare; where styling is paramount we will bring together the right team for the job. If you have an event which you wish to hold over several days with a view to spoiling your family and guests then we will put together an itinerary which will draw on the very best the region has to offer. The bespoke service charge will be calculated on your total event budget and will take in to account the event scale and level of requirements. The service charge includes: complete management, planning, organization, negotiation, three meetings at a mutually convenient location in the UK; if the distance to be covered in the UK is in excess of one hour by car or train, transport costs are to be met by the client. Requests for meetings outside of the UK will be addressed on a case by case basis. Return flights to attend the event only and a minimum 2-nights accommodation for the coordinator(s), assistance with the legal requirements and documentation, all communications between the client and Accent Events. Accent provides other services which can be booked as standalone assistance, for example: On the day co-ordination – from £500: Assistance with Wedding Documentation UK couples: from £200 Booking service (venues, photographers, transfers etc) dependent on request We would be very happy to speak to you and discuss your requirements – there will be extensive choices open to you, some of which will claim to be unique, the only truly unique element is you the couple and Accent uses that as the foundation to orchestrate your special event. For those of you who want to keep things simple for your wedding in Italy, Accent Events has created the Civil Ceremony Solo Wedding. The Solo service removes any concerns you may have about communicating with the Comune. If you are not confident about speaking with the consular departments or the official at the Town Hall then we have made this aspect of wedding planning a little easier, especially for those brides who like to stay in control of the majority of wedding day arrangements. Civil Ceremony “Solo”
Accent likes to make things easy. For those of you who want to keep things simple for your wedding in Italy, Accent Events has created the Civil Ceremony Solo Wedding.
