Bringing together family and friends to celebrate is an essential part of Italian life, so when it comes to those important moments that require a bit of ceremony, I love using my extensive planning experience to create something really unforgettable.
Whether you choose Italy or England as your backdrop, my approach starts with understanding you, your needs, and what makes a celebration special in your eyes. We’ll start with a blank page to build an event from the ground up – full of personality, atmosphere, and amazing food and drink, naturally. You won’t have to lift a finger as I take care of the logistics, leaving you free to simply turn up and enjoy yourself in the company of your delighted guests.
- Regular meetings/skype calls/phone calls to update progress, discuss any changes, finalise the finer details.
- Sourcing your venue and suppliers, and liaising with all key contacts.
- Administration of all paperwork: creating a budget, schedules, supplier list, dealing with supplier contracts and more.
- Co-ordinating your event to ensure it runs flawlessly. Managing suppliers, liaising with venue staff, overseeing venue set up, design and décor, and ensuring your guests are well looked after.
Event and occasion planning is priced between 12-15% of the overall budget and a minimum fee applies.
